Delivery:
Fruits and Vegetables would be delivered between 8 AM to 12 noon everyday for orders before 5 AM on the day of delivery. Fruits and Vegetable orders placed after 5 AM, would be delivered next day.
Grocery orders can however be serviced on the same day of the placement of order.
All members can also specify time of delivery in case they wish to receive their order at any other time in the additional instructions field while placing the order.
Please be available for taking the delivery or nominate a person to take the delivery.
Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But BuyEasy shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods at the address provided while placing the order.
For Midnight delivery of bouquets we charge 100 Rs extra and minimum order value should be 400 and above.
Products:

Prices:
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice by BuyEasy. But we will try to keep the data up to date as per prevailing market prices.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of Orders to be done prior to 5AM on the day of delivery, after which cancellations are not allowed.
Payment:
We operate on the terms of Cash on Delivery currently, however we are going to offer ICICIBank Net Banking and card payment options in couple of weeks.
Complaints:
Please check the vegetables on delivery, please address any issues on quality to our delivery boys.
All complaints would be addressed within 24 hours.
The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
